Annual Congregational Meeting - February 21, 2021

This year we're doing things a little different. Our ACM will be online only using the Zoom platform. You'll be able to join us using your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You'll also be able to join us using a telephone number. The information is below. 

This year, we'll be looking at how things went in 2020 in the reports, approving sections of the 2021 Annual Budget, and discerning if we're ready to become an accredited Affirming Ministry within The United Church of Canada.

The meeting will start as soon as possible following worship on February 21, 2021.

Voting at the 2020ACM will he handled one of two ways: for most things, you'll be able to vote by raising your hand or, if you're on the phone, saying 'Yes' or 'No'. For the Affirming Ministry vote we will ask you to vote one of two ways:

By EMAIL - exit Zoom (if you have to) and send an email to vote@trinitypg.ca In the subject line please put your name - vote. For example Bob Fillier - yes. You can leave the body of the email blank. You will need to send a separate email for each person recorded as part fo the roll call. For example if Rev. Bob Fillier and Rev. Victoria Andrews were both recorded on the roll, an email needs to be sent with each of their names and votes separately.

By PHONE - If you've joined Zoom by phone simply hang up and dial the private and confidential work number for Rev. Victoria Andrews: 778-349-4174. Leave a message with your name and vote. For example, "Hi it's Bob Fillier I vote yes." and hand up.

If you had to leave the Zoom meeting to vote please remember to log back in using the same steps as the first time.
