By EMAIL - exit Zoom (if you have to) and send an email to In the subject line please put your name - vote. For example Bob Fillier - yes. You can leave the body of the email blank. You will need to send a separate email for each person recorded as part fo the roll call. For example if Rev. Bob Fillier and Rev. Victoria Andrews were both recorded on the roll, an email needs to be sent with each of their names and votes separately.

By PHONE - If you've joined Zoom by phone simply hang up and dial the private and confidential work number for Rev. Victoria Andrews: 778-349-4174. Leave a message with your name and vote. For example, "Hi it's Bob Fillier I vote yes." and hand up.

If you had to leave the Zoom meeting to vote please remember to log back in using the same steps as the first time.

Karen Hynd and Rev. Victoria Andrews will be serving as our scrutineers.
